A police spokesperson says officers are aiding Hearth and Emergency NZ on the intersection of Chapel Highway and Ormiston Highway following a report of a gaggle of retailers on hearth, together with a transformer.

Police had been notified of the incident at about 12.50pm.

“Motorists are suggested to keep away from the world as roadblocks are in place on the intersection of Chapel Highway and Ormiston Highway.
