Tributes have been paid to a younger Cork man who died in a crash within the early hours of Sunday morning.
The one-vehicle collision occurred within the townland of Rathanker close to Passage West, Co Cork, round 2.30am. The driving force of the automobile was fatally injured.
He has been named regionally as Ricky Barry (23), who was from the Monkstown space of Cork. Paying tribute on Fb, his grandmother Noreen Kenny wrote ‘”my good-looking grandson Rip”.
Native councillor Marcia D’Alton mentioned: ‘’That is so extremely unhappy that one other life has been misplaced on our roads and moreover tragic that this terrible accident occurred in our group.
“We have been heartbroken for the households concerned and particularly for the household of the younger man who didn’t come house after his evening out final evening.”

Two different occupants of the automobile have been taken to Cork College Hospital for therapy of their accidents, that are understood to be non-life threatening. Gardaí closed the street for a forensic collision investigation. An attraction has been launched for witnesses or anybody with dashcam footage to contact gardaí.
