Rural Ladies New Zealand (RWNZ) has appointed Heather Sorenson to its board following the resignation of Emma Higgins.

Sorenson is at the moment regional chief for the High of the North area and has had a longstanding involvement with RWNZ, starting when she was a younger mum transferring into a brand new rural neighborhood.
