Emeritus Professor Edith Marion (Marion) Jones of Northpark has been appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Benefit within the New Yr Honours for companies to training.
Professor Jones has contributed to training in New Zealand and internationally for 40 years.

Professor Jones has been a world contributor to the event of interprofessional training, as an creator, keynote speaker and member of the steering committee that established the Worldwide Federation of Perioperative Nursing.
