The Aam Aadmi Celebration (AAP) chief filed the petition towards the ED’s ninth summons to him. His lawyer at the moment requested the excessive courtroom to present a route to defer the summons issued at the moment.

“It’s already over. Time is over. He isn’t attending,” Further Solicitor Common SV Raju, showing for the ED, stated.

Mr Kejriwal has repeatedly refused to look earlier than the ED, calling the summons by the central company unlawful.

AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are in judicial custody within the Delhi liquor coverage case.

Mr Kejriwal’s identify has been talked about a number of instances in chargesheets filed by the ED.
