“An act of such violence has no place in our metropolis,” they stated. “The residents of Worcester deserve higher, and we’ll stand alongside our neighborhood in sorrow and solidarity.”

Zella was a “high-achieving sixth-grade scholar who had many pals and was nicely revered by her lecturers,” Dan O’Brien, chief communications officer for the Worcester Public Colleges, instructed ABC Information in a press release. “The varsity shared a letter with dad and mom and caregivers to tell them of the state of affairs, and to share what the varsity is doing to assist the youngsters deal with the tragic information.”
