Lok Sabha passes two new criminal code bills; Shah says it focuses on justice rather than punishment

The Lok Sabha on Wednesday handed the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita Invoice and the Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Invoice by a voice vote.

The Central authorities on Tuesday took up the three payments to exchange the present British-era felony legal guidelines for consideration, within the absence of a majority of Opposition MPs in Lok Sabha.
