Former president of the Excessive Courtroom Mr Justice Joseph Finnegan has died aged 81. He died within the Beacon Hospital in Dublin on Saturday after a brief sickness.
Mr Finnegan served as a choose of the Excessive Courtroom from 1999-2006 and was president of the Excessive Courtroom from 2001 till 2006 when he was appointed to the Supreme Courtroom.
