PUNE: The our bodies of 5 individuals, who drowned in an animal waste slurry collected in a pit in Maharashtra’s Ahmednagar district, have been recovered hours after the incident, officers mentioned on Wednesday.
The incident came about at Wakdi village in Nevasa tehsil on Tuesday night, and the our bodies of the 5 deceased individuals have been fished out post-midnight by the authorities, they mentioned.
“We now have recovered the our bodies of the victims from the animal waste slurry within the biogas pit. The our bodies have been taken out by 12.30 am on Wednesday and despatched to a authorities hospital for autopsy,” Nevasa police station’s inspector Dhananjay Jadhav mentioned.
