Dubai Records over AED9.8 Billion Real Estate Transactions

A complete of three,543 actual property transactions price over AED9.8 billion had been carried out throughout the week ending ninth February 2024, in response to information launched by the Dubai Land Division (DLD).

The DLD report confirmed that 197 plots had been offered for AED1.61 billion, whereas 2,572 residences and villas had been bought for AED5.68 billion.

The highest three transactions had been a land in Warsan Fourth offered for AED120.32 million, a land offered for AED78.86 million in Al Barshaa South Third, and one other in Wadi Al Safa 3 offered for AED54 million.

Madinat Hind 4 recorded probably the most gross sales transactions for this week with 77 transactions price AED199.72 million, adopted by Al Hebiah Fifth with 30 transactions price AED136.08 million, and Jabal Ali First with 11 transactions price AED51.65 million.

The highest three condominium and villa transfers included one in Island 2 for AED140.45 million, one other in Jumeirah First price AED119 million, and an condominium in Al Safouh Second price AED80 million.

The entire worth of mortgaged properties for the week reached AED1.8 billion. In the meantime, 135 properties had been granted between first-degree kinfolk price AED725 million.
