Deadly storm system slams Northeast with torrential rain, high winds and flooding

A powerful storm knocked out power to more than 700,000 people from Virginia through Maine on Monday. All of this is affecting air and road travel ahead of the busy holiday week, with about 115 million people expected to be on the move in the coming days.
