She mentioned Pa Nagle, of Nagle Contracting, had been “unbelievably supportive”
“He is a local of west Clare himself and we do not know what we might do with out him and his staff, who’re coping with every thing on our behalf and taking Tim residence for us.”
Nagle informed the Guardian O’Dwyer had been a fantastic asset to the staff.
“He was enjoyable, bubbly, hardworking, it is a horrible tragedy.
“We simply need to ship our condolences from all of the Nagle staff.”
Eire’s Division of Overseas Affairs confirmed it was conscious of the incident and was prepared to offer consular help to O’Dwyer’s household, if requested.
His loss of life was the fifth on Ashburton District roads this 12 months, and the third since November.
That was up from three in complete in 2022.
On February 18, Carla Murray, 37, of Christchurch was killed in a crash on the intersection of Withells Highway and Rangitata Freeway. Three others had been significantly injured within the incident.
In July, Timaru man Vishwam Sankar, 36, was killed when his automobile collided with a truck on the intersection of Hackthorne and Maronan Valetta roads.
Sankar and his household had moved to New Zealand from the US final 12 months and had celebrated the delivery of their second little one three weeks earlier than the tragic accident.
