‘A very loud bang’ and a priority landing – passengers recount Qantas engine trouble

A Qantas flight from Melbourne was given a precedence touchdown after working into engine hassle on strategy to Perth on Monday evening.
Darrell Weekes, a passenger on the flight, mentioned there was a “very, very loud bang” and shudder from the left-hand aspect of the twin-engined Airbus A330-200 plane.
