3 DC police officers shot trying to serve warrant, alleged gunman surrenders: Police

An alleged gunman accused of taking pictures three Metropolitan Police Division officers in Washington, D.C., surrendered Wednesday evening after a prolonged standoff, the Metropolitan Police Division confirmed.
